Yes. On Windows 10/11, offcuff.ai hooks into the Desktop Window Manager (DWM) with SetWindowDisplayAffinity(hwnd, WDA_EXCLUDEFROMCAPTURE). On macOS, it sets NSWindow.sharingType = .none. When you share your entire screen or individual application windows, the OS compositor renders whatever is behind offcuff.ai. The overlay is physically excluded from the video capture stream.
